The salad must be served in a ship carved from fruits, and a cat made of juicy produce will stand guard over it. The heat turns up with the battle for preparing the best hariyali aloo nazakat, where three vegetables must unite in perfect harmony inside the dish. It’s a balancing act between flavours and textures. Will the teams land a flavorful combo, or will their aloo turn into a mashup?
The final dessert round brings sonpapdi to the plate, but here’s the catch: two pieces only, and the sweetness must strike the perfect chord. Too much sugar and it’s a sticky mess; too little, and it’s no longer dessert!
