Bollywood star Aamir Khan is set to relocate from his long-time residence in Bandra’s elite Pali Hill, as his building is reportedly preparing for major redevelopment and renovation works. The actor owns multiple units in the building, which will soon make way for an ultra-premium residential project slated for a late 2025 launch.

Bollywood star Aamir Khan is set to relocate from his long-time residence in Bandra’s elite Pali Hill, as his building is reportedly preparing for major redevelopment and renovation works.According to The Indian Express, one of the well-known real estate firms in Mumbai has taken the reins for the upscale transformation of the Virgo Cooperative Housing Society, where Aamir Khan currently resides.The actor owns multiple units in the building, which will soon make way for an ultra-premium residential project slated for a late 2025 launch.As part of the redevelopment deal, existing residents—including Khan—will receive apartments in the rehabilitation section of the revamped property.As per Square Yards, Aamir recently acquired a new 1,027 sq ft apartment within the same neighbourhood for Rs 9 crore. The transaction, completed in June 2024, included a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

Shedding light on the ambitious project, Manan Shah, Managing Director of the real estate group, shared that the premium segment would feature 4 and 5 BHK sea-facing residences. According to industry buzz, these swanky homes could be priced upwards of Rs 100 crore.A report by Hindustan Times further adds that these high-end properties are valued at over Rs 1 lakh per sq ft.Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan has temporarily moved into the Pali Hill area as well. He and his family have leased luxury apartments owned by Jackky Bhagnani and Vashu Bhagnani for Rs 8.7 crore for a period of two years. The lease aligns with the estimated timeline of Mannat’s makeover, which is expected to span 1.5 to 2 years. The reported budget for the renovation stands at Rs 25 crore, with upgrades including two additional floors in the annexe, covering a total area of 616.02 sq ft.
