Nani hints at big plans with Karthi in 'HIT 4'; shares exciting details at 'Hit 3' success meet
'HIT 3: The Third Case' has crossed the ₹100 crore gross mark within its first week and has confidently entered its second week. While the tense atmosphere at the Indo-Pak border has prompted most film celebrities to avoid public events, Natural Star Nani made a bold move by hosting a success meet today. Sharing his intent behind the celebration, Nani revealed that the event was thoughtfully organised after discussions with his team.“The Indian Army is giving a fitting response to Pakistan. Just because of a hostile nation, we shouldn’t hold back from celebrating an Indian film’s success,” he explained.

Nani reveals early plans for 'HIT 4' with Karthi

On the updates front, Nani teased that he is planning something massive with Karthi, who is set to play ACP Veerappan in 'HIT 4'. Though he refrained from revealing too many details since many are yet to watch 'HIT 3', he did share some interesting insights. Addressing the initial skepticism about composer Mickey J. Meyer’s selection for a crime thriller, Nani said, “We deliberately went with a fresh sound instead of picking someone who had worked on similar films before—and it paid off well.” He also hinted that he might team up again with director Sailesh Kolanu, possibly for a comedy, though nothing is confirmed yet.

'HIT 3' eyes ₹150 crore milestone

This weekend is crucial for 'HIT 3'. Though new releases like Single and Shubham received decent word of mouth, they don’t target the mass audience. This gives 'HIT 3' a second wind. With limited options for moviegoers, advance bookings have picked up momentum on booking platforms. Nani, who had been in the U.S. for promotions at the time of release, wasn’t available then, but is now sharing the success with fans, hoping the film edges closer to the ₹150 crore milestone by the coming weeks.
