BHOPAL: A youth murdered his friend with the help of his accomplices over a money-related dispute in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. The accused filmed the murder and sent the video to the kin of the deceased. All the accused are arrested.The chilling video shows the accused, Rajnish Mishra, 25, slitting the throat of his friend Abhishek Tripathi, 21, a resident of Pipraha village in a forest area.The video was received by the kin of the deceased Rajnish on May 7 and they rushed to the police for help. Based on the video, police arrested the accomplice of the main accused who had filmed the video. He was identified as Rajkumar, 19, a resident of Dulhara village. Rajkumar was in an inebriated condition.On May 8, police recovered the body of Abhisekh from the nearby forest area. Two other accused identified as Rajnish and Adarsh Mishra, 23 were on the run and were arrested on May 9."The three accused were sent to jail on May 10. It has surfaced that the accused had a money-related dispute with the deceased. The throat of the deceased was slit by Rajnish Mishra while another held him rendering him immobile.
The third accused shot the video of the murder which was later shared with the family of the deceased," additional SP Rewa, Vivek Lal, told TOI.Sources said that the accused and the deceased were friends. They summoned him to the jungles of Bhokri forests on the pretext of a party where they thrashed him using sticks. Rajnish, later slit his throat while others helped him and also shot the video, which was later made viral by the accused.
